POLICY.
How payment works at Blade of Nox: accepted methods, currency, security, and what happens when something goes wrong.
ACCEPTED METHODS
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Klarna (where eligible — buy now, pay later in 4 installments)
Availability of some methods depends on your country and your card issuer.
CURRENCY
All prices on bladeofnox.com are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If you pay with a card denominated in a different currency, your bank will convert the amount at their exchange rate at the moment of the transaction. Style Shaker Ltd does not control or set this rate.
WHEN YOU’RE CHARGED
Your card is authorized at the moment you place the order and charged when the order is confirmed (usually instantly). For pre-orders and made-to-order drops, you are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your size.
SECURITY
We do not see, store or have access to your full card number. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant providers (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments) over encrypted TLS 1.3 connections.
- 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard ID Check) is enforced where required
- All checkout pages are served over HTTPS
- Fraud detection runs on every transaction
DECLINED PAYMENTS
If your payment is declined:
- Check that the billing address matches the one on file with your bank
- Verify your card has sufficient available balance and is not expired
- Contact your card issuer — international charges are sometimes blocked by default
- Try a different payment method
If your card was charged but you did not receive an order confirmation, contact us at support@bladeofnox.com with your card type and the last 4 digits. Pending authorizations on declined orders typically release within 3–7 business days.
TAXES & DUTIES
Inside the United States: sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. No additional charges on delivery.
International orders: the price shown does not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Where available, we offer a “Delivered Duty Paid” (DDP) option at checkout so you can prepay duties and avoid surprises on delivery.
FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS
We reserve the right to cancel any order where we detect a high risk of fraud. In such cases your payment will be refunded in full and you will be notified by email.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback is a criminal offense. If you believe a charge on your statement is unauthorized, contact us first — we resolve almost every dispute within 48 hours.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. See the Refund and Returns Policy for full details on eligibility and timing.
