TERMS OF
SERVICE.

The site and the products sold on it are operated by STYLE SHAKER LTD, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria with its registered office at 7 Svoboda Sq., of. 37, Ruse 7000, Bulgaria. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Style Shaker Ltd.

To place an order you must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country, whichever is higher) and able to enter into a legally binding contract. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Placing an order is an offer to buy from us. An order confirmation email is acknowledgement that we have received your offer — it is not yet acceptance. The contract is formed when we email you that your order has shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) orders that:

• Appear fraudulent or violate these Terms
• Are placed by customers with prior chargebacks
• Contain pricing or stock errors
• Ship to a country we do not serve

If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment in full.

All prices are in USD and exclude international duties and taxes (see Payment Policy and Shipping Policy). We make every effort to display accurate prices, but in the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.

Payment terms are governed by our Payment Policy.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on bladeofnox.com — including the Blade of Nox name and logo, product designs, photography, text, layout and code — is owned by STYLE SHAKER LTD or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission.

You may share product images and links on personal social media for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit us.

When using our site you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape data or interfere with site operation
• Submit false information or impersonate another person
• Resell our products commercially without prior written agreement
• Use bots to purchase limited-release drops

We may suspend or terminate access without notice for any breach of this section.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, sizes and descriptions accurately. However, colors shown on your screen depend on your display settings, and minor variations between product images and the actual item may occur. Measurements are given as guidance and may vary by ±1 cm.

The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country are not affected by these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control: natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action, carrier strikes, customs delays, internet or power outages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STYLE SHAKER LTD, its directors, employees and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction outside Bulgaria, mandatory local consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies to you in addition to these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
