The data controller for the information described in this policy is:

Information you provide directly:

• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) — to take payment
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) — to deliver your order
• Our US fulfillment partner Fulfillment Hub USA LLC in Doral, Florida — to pick, pack and ship
• Email and customer-service platforms — to communicate with you
• Analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics) — in aggregated, non-identifying form
• Government authorities — when legally required

All third-party processors are bound by contractual obligations to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we instruct.

Our company is established in Bulgaria (EU) but our fulfillment partner Fulfillment Hub USA LLC operates from the United States. This means that order-related personal data (name, shipping address, contact details) is transferred from the EU to the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and require all our processors to apply security standards equivalent to those required under GDPR.

• Order records: kept for 10 years to comply with Bulgarian tax and accounting laws
• Account data: kept while your account is active, deleted on request
• Marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe
• Support tickets: kept for 3 years

Under GDPR and applicable national laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive your information in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or your local data-protection authority

Our site is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a banner on the site.
